SICBP finishes first in MS fundraising row at the Deuville

The SICBP wins the team overall for fundraising for MS at the 6 mile row at the Deuville tonight.  Congrats to all of the rowers who supported the fight for MS.  Thanks to Upper Beach Patrol for hosting this event and also the Deuville for their continued support of this event that was supported by all of the beach patrols and alumni’s.  Click on the link for my slideshow of pictures.

SICBP Men’s Team Wins Dutch Hoffman’s

 

SICBP Wins Men’s Title and 3rd overall combined with the women’s team last night in Wildwood!  Another big win for the team this season.  Yvonne’s son, Patrick, will swim tonight along with other SICBP members of the swim team in the Ocean City John Carey Memorial 1 mile ocean swim.

Bertha kicks up some waves

Since Saturday, Hurricane Bertha has been sending some nice size waves our way and high water levels.  Strong rip currents are also reported keeping beach patrol guards very busy.   Surfers are especially enjoying the 6 foot waves as well as the warmer ocean water.
