Sea Isle City Real Estate Market Update

Five more homes went under contract bringing the total of homes that have sold and gone under contract to 151 since January 1st. The homes that have closed since the last post are:
-118 49th Street, asking price $679,900, sold price $585,000 (this was a short sale/pre-foreclosure)
-7508 Central, asking price $699,000, sold price $655,000

Sea Isle CIty Real Estate Market Update

Two more homes went under contract, making it a total of 146 homes which have sold and gone under contract since January 1st. No more homes have closed since the last post.
There has been a lot of Buyer traffic in the last two weeks, so we are expecting quite a bit of activity in the next couple of months!

Just rec’d an interest rate sheet from Countrywide:
-30 year fixed up to $417,000, is now at 5.625% with 0 points
-30 year fixed over $417,000, is now at 6.500% with 0 points
This is a huge drop!!!
