Sea Isle City Happenings 2/16/09
January 16, 2009Homeowner applies for permit to demolish decks so that future bulhead work can be done. There has been no change in the structural integrity of the homes themselves over the week according to city Administrator, George Savastanto. Read the whole article from the Press:

Also, Wednesday night, a plan was submitted to the Board of Education meeting that would send students from grades five to eight out of the district. Pre-kindergarten to fourth grade would remain at the small Park Road school. Read the full article from the Press:
82nd Street Disaster
January 12, 2009The bulkhead pulled away and several homes on the bay at 82nd Street are in peril. Here is a video clip shot from the water showing the damage to the homes at the end of 82nd Street:
