We had a taste of true summer last weekend! Beaches were crowded with sunbathers and fishermen catching some really nice size stripped bass. Almost everyone went home very happy but sunburnt. Almost record temperatures made it feel just like July except for the frigid ocean water. I gave it an 8 out of 10. We have 6 new properties under contract and 4 more sold since my last blog.
